ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 Days using Australia Post delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Additional shipping fees apply for orders outside of Australia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cottee Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
“Non-Return / Refund Policy for COTTEECREATIONS: While we do not accept returns for change of mind reasons, under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund or replacement for any product with a major fault, including those that are unsafe, significantly different from the description, or unable to perform its intended function. To initiate a refund claim, please contact us within 30 days with proof of purchase and details of the issue.".
